I love my family. I love them so much that it became a detriment to my health. Find me one family that doesn’t have drama and find me one person that isn’t caught up in it...at least initially and I will tell you that someone is lying.
Oftentimes we have this illusion that we are growing because we are alive and breathing, we go to work and feel productive then we come home tend to our children, our spouses and feel alive that doing so. And if that is your absolute truth and you are fulfilled by that truth then that's amazing.
There are many people who live their entire lives within the walls of endless fear. I've had my own battles with fear and anxiety. As a result, I've missed out on a lot of amazing opportunities for personal and or professional growth as well as new friendships. When I began to recognize this pattern, I made the decision to conquer fear through deliberate behaviors.
